"Quality Control "
A Square Systems quality control ranges from statistical to 100% inspection through every step of the process. We use modern nondestructive measuring instruments whenever possible. All of our inspection tests are supported by thorough documentation.
"Process Control "
We consider process control a significant adjunct to quality control. Good process control is achieved by carefully controlling the plating solution constituents through frequent analysis and by plating specifically configured test strips. Further, each tank load is analyzed for current requirements and plating times that are then translated into time current devices.
"Specification"
When not specified, all A Square Systems plating is accomplished to well stablished industry standards. Other specification plating--whether government, ASTM, or corporate--is available, and the work can be certified to conform to those standards.
